Air France’s New Summer 2024 Destinations

Air France is set to broaden its horizons and offer passengers more travel options in its summer schedule for 2024. From the bustling Paris-Charles de Gaulle hub, travelers can look forward to exciting new destinations, promising a blend of adventure, culture, and relaxation. This expansion is part of Air France’s ongoing commitment to diversifying its network and providing more choices for its passengers.

European Gems and Norwegian Escapes

The summer of 2024 will see the introduction of three new cities to Air France’s medium-haul network. Each destination offers a unique experience, catering to diverse tastes and interests:

  1. Verona, Italy: Starting April 2, 2024, this romantic Italian city will be accessible up to three times a week – on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Flights will be aboard the comfortable Embraer 190.
  2. Narvik, Norway: Acting as a gateway to the breathtaking Lofoten Islands, Narvik will welcome weekly flights every Saturday from June 15 to August 31, 2024. These journeys will be made on the Airbus A319.
  3. Kalamata, Greece: From July 6 to August 31, travelers can head to this charming Greek locale every Saturday, also via the Airbus A319.

Additionally, the Tromsø route in Norway, previously a winter-only destination, will now be extended through the summer, with up to two weekly flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle on the Airbus A319.

In another exciting development, the Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, USA route, launched in winter 2023, will extend into the summer season of 2024. This route will see an increase to seven weekly flights, compared to three in the previous winter, on the Airbus A350-900.
