PAL launches flights between Cebu and Cotabato

Philippine Airlines (PAL) has begun service between Cebu and the Bangsamoro region, with nonstop Cebu – Cotabato flights and one-stop Cebu – Tawi-Tawi flights beginning today from Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

“Our new Cebu- Cotabato- Tawi-Tawi service brings good news for our Cebuano and Bangsamoro compatriots, in time for the holiday season and the new year,” said PAL Vice President for Sales Bud Britanico. “We hope to connect families, spur holiday travel and stimulate business in the BARMM (Bangsamoro Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao). We look forward to serving them well in the months ahead.”

The PAL service adds Cotabato City and Tawi-Tawi to the flag carrier’s growing network of inter-island flights from its Mactan-Cebu hub, assisting in the recovery and resurgence of domestic tourism and economic development across the Philippines.
