Recently, a vlogger faced charges for using a fake ID to pose as an airline employee at Davao International Airport in Davao City. The individual, whose identity has been withheld, was charged with falsification by a private individual and use of falsified documents under Article 172 of the Revised Penal Code.
The vlogger gained access to the airport and even boarded a Manila-bound plane using the fake ID, all for the sake of creating video content. The flight was delayed when the individual announced that he was not a passenger and did not possess a ticket or boarding pass. In response to the incident, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) in Davao has tightened passenger screening procedures and security protocols.

Safety and security are paramount in the aviation industry, and it’s essential to respect and follow the rules when creating content.
