Air Canada Joins Emirates at Dubai’s Premier Terminal 3

Air Canada and Emirates have achieved a new milestone in customer service as part of their strategic partnership. Starting July 26, Air Canada has relocated its operations to Terminal 3 of Dubai International (DXB), Emirates’ flagship terminal. This significant move, initiated in November 2022, aims to enhance the connecting experience for passengers and validates the strength of the Air Canada and Emirates partnership.

A Seamless Transit Experience

The co-location of operations in Terminal 3 will greatly benefit customers flying between the Americas with Air Canada and Middle East, Indian subcontinent, Southeast Asia, and Africa with Emirates. Passengers transiting through Dubai will now enjoy a streamlined and efficient experience within the same terminal, making their journeys more convenient.

Expressing his delight at this development, Adnan Kazim, Chief Commercial Officer at Emirates, underscored the value of their partnership with Air Canada. He emphasized the convenience of a smooth connection experience for Air Canada customers transiting in Dubai onto Emirates’ global network. Kazim also highlighted the exclusive access eligible passengers can enjoy in Emirates’ signature Business Class Lounges and other hub facilities in Dubai.

Further Enhancing Passenger Experience

Sharing his excitement, Mark Galardo, Executive Vice President Network & Revenue Planning at Air Canada, acknowledged the importance of their strategic partnership with Emirates. He expressed his gratitude to both Emirates and Dubai Airports for their collaboration in facilitating this move that will significantly benefit their mutual customers. Besides enjoying seamless connections to various global destinations, passengers can also look forward to an improved airport experience.
