AAG Philippines (AAGP) signed on 30 September 2022 a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Topflite Academy to facilitate the entry of the latter’s CPL/IR graduates into AAG’s First Officer Transition (FOT) Program or the Airbus A320 Type Rating Program.
This is the fourth agreement formalized by AAG this year. Similar partnerships with other ATOs are being finalized according to AAG. “This is part of our ongoing advocacy not to compete but instead collaborate with our fellow industry players,” shares Capt. Vicente Casibang II (AAGP Accountable Manager).
Mr. Christopher Magdangal, AAG Regional Director, Asia-Pacific, attended the signing ceremony. “As the aviation industry recovers, we anticipate that demand for world-class pilots will equal, if not exceed, pre-pandemic levels.” There is no single flight school that can meet the industry’s requirements. “We have to help each other,” Mr. Magdangal emphasizes. What does this all mean?
Topflite Academy student pilots can complete their entire pilot training program in the pilot school until they are rated for the Airbus A320 thanks to this agreement between Topflite and Alpha Aviation Group.
In other words, there is no need to look for another pilot school to obtain your Airbus A320 type rating. Through this partnership with Alpha Aviation Group, you can earn the rating at Topflite Academy.
