AirAsia Philippines has reaffirmed its commitment to bringing low airfares to travelers. With many Filipinos wanting to travel again, these low fares are catalysts for more tourism. In fact, in the last AirAsia Philippines BIG sale, the airline recorded 112,434 seats sold for both international and domestic flights.

AirAsia continues to offer its 88-peso one-way base fare promo which is running from August 1 to September 4. The travel period is until March 25, 2023. The promo also domestic flights from AirAsia’s Manila and Cebu hubs.

“The confidence shown in forward bookings among Filipinos is a testament to sustained demand for revenge travel, especially during BER months. While we look forward to a strong rebound as we exit the pandemic, AirAsia will never stop promoting the culture of safety among our guests. Traveling responsibly is indeed the way forward,” said Steve Dailisan, AirAsia Philippines Spokesperson and Communications & Public Affairs Head.
