The award was received by Chrissie Perfecto, Cebu Pacific’s Director for Talent Management, during a ceremony held on August 14, 2024. Felix Dan Lopez, Cebu Pacific’s Chief Human Resources Officer, expressed the company’s gratitude for the recognition. He emphasized the airline’s dedication to empowering both current employees and future talents, aiming to help them make valuable contributions to the company.
