It also ranked second for the quality of its inflight food and sixth for its cabin crew. These awards are significant because USA Today readers select the winners from a list of nominees chosen by experts.
Korean Air offers standout services in its First Class and Prestige Class, as highlighted by USA Today. Passengers in these premium classes enjoy private spaces, seats that convert into flat beds, and large screens for entertainment. The airline also provides an amenity kit from Atelier Cologne and offers an upgraded menu for food and beverages.
More Than Just a Meal
The airline also received recognition for its inflight food offerings. Korean Air offers a variety of traditional Korean dishes as well as seasonal options. In March of this year, the airline added vegan meals inspired by traditional Korean temple cuisine to its menu. The airline also introduced a new selection of 52 wines, chosen in partnership with well-known sommelier Marc Almert.
