AirAsia Celebrates 15 Years as the World’s Best Low-Cost Airline

For 15 uninterrupted years, AirAsia has been recognized as the World’s Best Low-Cost Airline. This prestigious accolade, awarded by Skytrax World Airline Awards, reflects years of dedication, innovation, and commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests.

AirAsia bested more than 300 other airlines to earn this title. Voting for the Skytrax World Airline Awards considers various factors that affect the safety and comfort of a guest’s flight. These include the hospitality and efficiency of the cabin crew, seat comfort, cabin cleanliness, food and beverage products, and overall value for money.

From the beginning, AirAsia has stayed true to its promise of “Now Everyone Can Fly.” This commitment to providing affordable and safe flights has made travel dreams come true for many first-time flyers.

AirAsia Philippines CEO Ricky Isla expressed gratitude, saying, “We owe it to the millions of guests who voted for us. This recognition confirms that for the past 15 years, we are on the right ‘flight path’ in satisfying our guests with the world’s best service, innovative products, and exciting promotions suitable for their changing travel needs.”
