Philippine Airlines (PAL) has been awarded the Best Employer Brand for 2024 at the LinkedIn Talent Awards in the Philippines. This award reflects PAL’s dedication to creating a strong and engaged workforce, ensuring an exceptional travel experience for its global customers.
In addition to the Best Employer Brand award, PAL was a finalist in the Learning Champion category, recognizing its efforts in developing and nurturing its more than 6,000 employees.
Captain Stanley K. Ng, PAL President & Chief Operating Officer, emphasized the airline’s focus on building a robust employee culture. In 2023, PAL was ranked among the top airlines for customer service in the Philippine Best Customer Service survey, which included nearly 11,000 consumers. In January 2024, PAL was recognized as Asia-Pacific’s most punctual airline, achieving an on-time performance rating of 86.85% in Cirium’s airline reliability tracking reports.
