Being part of Philippine Airlines
I am sure many of you are now asking if you are guaranteed that you will become a Philippine Airlines cabin crew after PALexpress. First of all, everything will be based on your performance, not seniority. Regardless of how long you have stayed with PALexpress, there can be a big chance that you may be moved up to Philippine Airlines sooner as long as you are a top performer and there is a need for more cabin crew in Philippine Airlines.
In other words, the best way to become a Philippine Airlines cabin crew is by joining PALexpress today. I suggest that we not wait for Philippine Airlines to hire externally. We might end up waiting for nothing. The best and fastest way is to join PALexpress now and carry your cabin crew duties at exemplary levels.
