Your time to become a flight attendant will come

Becoming a flight attendant is not just a job. It is a career. It is a passion. Most significantly, it is a title for those who deserve to carry it. More than the travel benefits and the rewards is an excellent fulfilment of being there for your passengers, particularly their safety. Indeed, your time to become a flight attendant will come if you truly deserve it. Yes, not all who want to become flight attendants may get it. While there are also some factors beyond our control, however, nothing is impossible. Focus on making that time come. Focus your efforts on being part of the chosen few who will become flight attendants.

Every flight attendant once believed that their time will come

Every flight attendant now living their beautiful flying career once said, “soon I will be a cabin crew” and “my time will come.” That time will depend on you. Hence, do not say “if my time comes”; instead, say “my time will come.” Do not also say, “I will hopefully be a cabin crew”; instead, say “, I will be a cabin crew.”

Words like “hopefully” and “if” may make you half-hearted with this direction of your life. If failures and roadblocks come ahead, you may end up giving in.

I also understand that you may think, “I want to put the term ‘hopefully’ because I do not want to rely on it too much”. Let me tell you since you want to become a cabin crew, push for it already with all your heart, as though there is no choice but that.

So what do you do when you face rejections and failures? What will you do if airline recruiters tell you that “you are not fit to be a cabin crew?” It is okay to feel bad. We are only human beings with emotions. Do not allow this, though,  to shatter your dream. Just take a step back and move two paces forward, and use every rejection as an opportunity to improve until you achieve your cabin crew dream.
