This move brings connectivity to almost the entire global Singapore Airlines route network, as well as the majority of their 136 passenger aircraft fleet.

Accessing the Sky-High Wi-Fi Service
To make the most of this generous offering, customers need to input their KrisFlyer membership details either during booking, via the ‘Manage Booking’ online option, or at check-in. If you aren’t already a KrisFlyer member, don’t fret. You can conveniently sign up for a free membership online, or aboard your flight through the SIA digital content portal on your personal mobile device. This membership gives you instant access to the complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi.
Unfortunately, there are seven Boeing 737-800 NGs in Singapore Airlines’ fleet that aren’t Wi-Fi enabled. If you’re aboard one of these, you won’t be able to enjoy the free Wi-Fi service. However, SIA ensures that this will be the exception rather than the rule across their extensive network.

Granting them access to free unlimited Wi-Fi marks another milestone in Singapore Airlines’ ongoing endeavor to deliver an exceptional end-to-end travel experience.”
