As Holy Week approaches, many of us are gearing up for a much-needed vacation or family reunion. With thousands of passengers expected to travel during this holy week, AirAsia Philippines is ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for all their guests.
Some of the top domestic and international destinations this season include Bacolod, Bohol, Boracay, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Puerto Princesa, Hong Kong, Osaka, Narita, and Macao. To handle the surge in passenger volume, AirAsia has increased staffing at NAIA Terminals 3 and 4, and self-check-in kiosks are available at the terminal entrance to minimize queues.
A Safe and Meaningful Travel Experience
Steve Dailisan, AirAsia Philippines Communications and Public Affairs Country Head, shared his thoughts on the matter: “Providing seamless and hassle-free air travel has always been our priority. Holy Week is an important season for Filipino families, and it is our joy and pride to serve our kababayan yearning to spend this long weekend in their provinces. We wish all our guests a safe, meaningful, and peaceful rest this Semana Santa.”
To ensure everyone’s safety, AirAsia Philippines continues to enforce the wearing of face masks inside the aircraft, as required by air transport authorities.
Don’t forget that starting April 15, 2023, the new e-travel card will replace the paper-based arrival and departure card. Passengers must register at etravel.gov.ph to comply with this requirement.
Fly for Vibe Promo and Travel Tips
If you’re still planning last-minute travel, AirAsia is offering a Fly for Vibe promo with a base fare of PHP 88 for domestic flights and PHP 488 for international travel. Bookings can be made until April 30 for travel until October 31, 2023.
To make your travel experience even smoother, AirAsia Philippines recommends arriving at the airport two hours before domestic flights and four hours before international flights. You can also take advantage of mobile check-in through the airasia Super App.
First love never dies. I fell in love with airplanes and aviation when I was a kid. My dream was to become a pilot, but destiny led me to another path: to be an aviation digital media content creator and a small business owner. My passion for aviation inspires me to bring you quality content through my website and social accounts. Aviation is indeed in my blood and blog!
