AirAsia Philippines Kicks-Off Summer 2023 with a Fly Fest

AirAsia Philippines kicked off the summer season with a bang last March 4th at the Bonifacio Global City High Street. The airline launched its biggest travel festival dubbed as the AirAsia Fly Fest which attracted many travel enthusiasts.

The one-day travel fest offered more than 170,000 seats for as low as PHP33 for domestic flights and PHP833 for international destinations such as Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Bacolod, Hong Kong, Macao, Taipei, Koahsiung, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. Passengers who attended the festival had the opportunity to book their dream vacation at an affordable price.

AirAsia Fly Fest also provided seamless visa processing for Asian destinations starting at only PhP400. Other exciting tour packages were also available to help travelers plan their summer adventures.

In addition to the low fares and tour packages, the festival offered exciting games and prizes, along with surprise performances from the Allstar cabin crew. Attendees were treated to a day filled with entertainment, fun, and amazing travel deals until 9PM.

The move comes as the airline seeks to expand its network and tap into the growing demand for air travel in the region. AirAsia Philippines is known for its affordable fares and excellent service, making it a popular choice among budget-conscious travelers. With the return of its flights to China, the airline hopes to strengthen its position in the market and cater to the needs of its customers in the region.

“China has always been a strategically important and integral destination in the AirAsia Philippines’ route network. Pre-pandemic AirAsia flew 750,000 guests annually to and from China, averaging a passenger load factor of between 85 to 90% for all destinations,” Isla added.

In order to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience, AirAsia encourages its passengers taking international flights to arrive at NAIA Terminal 3 at least four hours prior to their scheduled flight. This will give them ample time to complete necessary procedures such as check-in, security, and immigration. AirAsia also recommends utilizing the self-check-in options available through the airasia Super App or the kiosks located at the airport, as this will further expedite the process.

The World’s Best Low-Cost Airline is also advising its guests to regularly visit the airasia fly safe page, airasia newsroom, and airasia Super App social media platforms Facebook and Twitter for flight schedules and other travel advisories.
