Are you one of the chosen few who will work as a flight attendant?

Yes, many people aspire to work as flight attendants. But are you one of the select few destined to work as a flight attendant? Even while not everyone will be chosen to work as a flight attendant, you have the ability to be one of those chosen. Why not concentrate on succeeding instead of failing?

Turn your weaknesses into strength and become a flight attendant

I understand that there are some things we can’t control, such as height, but there are a lot of things you can. The decision to be one of the chosen few or not is entirely in your hands, and I will now list a few of them:

  • Weight, clear skin, and physical appearance – If you are overweight, you have the ability to lose weight. You will be able to achieve the proper weight-to-height ratio required by the airline with proper diet and exercise. If you have visible skin blemishes such as pimples, you may have them removed. If you have crooked teeth, you can straighten them temporarily with braces. It also makes no difference whether you have light or dark skin. All the airlines care about is clear skin, which means that whether you have light or dark skin, it must be scar or blemish free. Do you need to resemble a model or a celebrity? No. You only need to look.
  • A recruiter once told you that you were not cut out to be a cabin crew member. – Consider it a challenge. If you work hard to learn from your mistakes, improve yourself, and never give up, you will be well-suited for the job.
  • You don’t seem to smile much. Then practice smiling a lot! Greet everyone with a smile! Whatever happens, keep a positive attitude!
  • You’re an introvert. You don’t know how to interact. -Learn to socialize. Go out and talk to people. Do not wait for them to make the first move. There is nothing wrong with communicating; that is why God gave us a mouth and two ears. If the others think you’re crazy for talking to them or if they don’t mind, that’s fine. Everything is fine as long as you have not said anything offensive. Join civic organizations or clubs. Participate in extracurricular activities to improve your interpersonal skills.
  • You’re afraid of swimming. Then you have no choice but to conquer your fear or learn to swim. If not, you will really not make it through the cabin crew training as this is an important requirement by all airlines.
