We were all wishing that more local airlines will start hiring flight attendants again. Well, here’s the good news! Cebu Pacific has announced that they will be needing more flight attendants as they continue to increase capacity! As such, they are hiring more flight attendants again! Plus, even those without any flying experience can apply!
This was not the first time Cebu Pacific announced that it is hiring more flight attendants. Just a few months ago, they were hiring experienced flight attendants as they continued to ramp up operations. Now, they are even welcoming those without experience!

Requirements
- Must have completed at least two (2) years of college or equivalent.
- Preferably has previous experience as a Cabin Crew, particularly A320/321/330 qualified.
- Must meet the minimum height requirement of 5’3 for females, and 5’7 for males.
- Candidates without prior experience as a Cabin Crew may also apply.
- Ready to join training as soon as possible.
- Open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines only.
- Willing to be based outside of Manila, Philippines.
- Must be proficient in Filipino and English language.
- Must be physically fit to undergo the training and perform the roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
- Must have a customer-centric mindset.
- Must possess confidence and creativity in problem solving.
