Many have been asking me if Cebu Pacific will be hiring flight attendants again this year, 2023, after they hired a lot in 2022. It was obvious that they would as travel demand increased and airlines expanded their capacity; the only question was when. Now, I guess this should put a smile on the faces of all aspirants who want to become moment-makers. Cebu Pacific is now hiring flight attendants with or without airline experience!
This is happening this month of February, no final date has been announced yet.
Based on an announcement on the official recruitment site of Cebu Pacific, it says, “As Cebu Pacific continues to emerge stronger, so does our mission of connecting people to places and creating opportunities for every Juan. If you find inspiration in the opportunity to revolutionize the future of travel and make flying more fun and safer for everyone, you could be the next Cabin Crew to join our team.
“We will be in Clark, Pampanga for an exclusive Cabin Crew recruitment this February. Apply today and wait to receive your schedule for your screening and interviews at Pampanga.”

Advice to all who will be applying
Please keep in mind that applying at Cebu Pacific as a cabin crew is a serious commitment. If this is your first time applying and you get employed, remember that the airline picked you because they believed in your ability. If you are hired, I urge you to treat our airline with the highest decency and respect. While it may be seen by some as a stepping stone to gaining experience for a larger airline, local airlines still deserve to be handled with decency and respect.
Airlines now check your character a lot, particularly for ex cabin crew. They may throw in the hardest and harshest questions to check if you are the type who:
- Will respect and finish their contracts at the very least (regardless if you have the capability to pay the bond or not). The airline doesn’t mind you transferring later on, for as long as you do it properly with respect to your contract and the airline. Airlines now don’t like people who have the tendency to just ‘jump ship’.
- Are teachable and ready to relearn everything.
- Will respect fellow colleagues regardless if they are first timers as cabin crew or senior colleagues.
- Will not treat the airline as a “second option” only.
- Have high emotional quotient (EQ) to ensure that they can think and act quickly and properly during an actual emergency.
- Is there because you commit to become a flight attendant, and not the type who is there because you just want to impress people on Instagram.
Always remember that being a cabin crew is not about looking good on Instagram, but it is a commitment to ensure the safety and security of all passengers on board.
Good luck to all who will be joining this Cebu Pacific hiring event!
