In 2024, Cebu Pacific produced more than 12 batches of cabin crew, brought about by their quick expansion. This 2025, Cebu Pacific seems not to be slowing down, as they are staging a massive flight attendant recruitment drive around the Philippines. These will be in Manila, Iloilo, Baguio, and Zamboanga!
This means that if you are from within those areas, there is no need to travel all the way to Metro Manila to attend the recruitment. This time, you will have the convenience of just proceeding to the venue in those areas once they have been announced and made official. Nevertheless, yes, Cebu Pacific is in need of a massive number of cabin crew.

Also, please be vigilant for scammers. Cebu Pacific does not use any outside agency to recruit cabin crew. So if you see a Facebook post saying that they are recruiting cabin crew on behalf of Cebu Pacific, please do not believe that because it might lead to you being scammed. You may always verify all the information with Cebu Pacific, including what I post here, just to be sure.
Requirements and Qualifications
Cebu Pacific has listed a set of qualifications and requirements to be a flight attendant. These are:
- Candidates who have successfully completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
- Preferably have previous experience as a Cabin Crew, particularly A320/321/330 qualified.
- Must meet the minimum height requirement of 5’3″ for females and 5’7″ for males and a reach test of 210 cm.
- Candidates without prior experience as a Cabin Crew may also apply.
- Open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines only.
- Must be proficient in Filipino and the English language.
- Must be physically and mentally prepared to undergo rigorous training and effectively fulfill the roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
- Must have a customer-centric mindset and critical thinking skills.
- Must possess confidence and creativity in problem-solving.
- Willing to be based outside of Manila, if necessary.
