Do not allow challenges to consume your flight attendant goal

Do not allow challenges to consume your flight attendant goal

Nothing in this world comes as easy as a flick of the finger. It is impossible to have all Infinity Stones and get something in a snap like Thanos. We have to earn it that hard way. Becoming a flight attendant is no different. You will encounter rejections, challenges, and discouragement. However, it is not the end. These challenges are temporary, and we can always rise above them. Do not allow challenges to consume your goal to be a flight attendant soon.

Rejections and turndowns are a part of life. No matter the situation, there is always a yes or a no. In a game, it’s either you win, or you lose. If you don’t want to lose, don’t get into the game. If you lose, then learn and go back to win it the second time around. Do not give up.

Discouragements? You may always choose not to listen to them.

Many of you would like to pursue your cabin crew dream, but rejections have consumed some of you. That feeling is normal, but don’t allow it to take away your plan. Extinguish the fire before it destroys your flight attendant dream.

The best way not to allow rejections to consume your dream to be a flight attendant is to see these turndowns differently. Here’s a story.

Challenges and rejections merely tell you ways that won’t work

Look around you; you see light bulbs, right? At night, they provide illumination for you to see properly. They are indeed essential in today’s time. Way back when incandescent bulbs were inexistent until Thomas Edison wanted to invent and create one. Before he got the first one working, it took him 1,000 attempts. One thousand failures before getting it right. When Edison finally got the incandescent bulb working, he merely said, “I did not fail 1,000 times. I just found 1,000 ways that did not work.” So imagine what our life would be now if Thomas Edison decided to give up on the 5th attempt.

When Coca-Cola started, it merely sold nine bottles a day in its first year! Imagine nine bottles a day! Today, they sell like a million bottles every minute worldwide! Imagine how things would be if Coca-Cola pulled out the shelves and ended production mid-year.

In the face of rejection, it is normal to feel frustrated, but instead of allowing that frustration to consume you, use that rejection as a teacher. You are being taught a lesson! What do you need to change? What do you need to improve? Then try again!

If you face discouragement, then you have the option not to obey or listen to those people. Just keep going; you have the right to live your life and choice. Own your decisions.

Allowing challenges to consume your flight attendant dream will result in nothing. It will not solve anything. You’ve already been bruised; you might as well keep going and win.
