JetBlue Introduces Premium Mint Service to Bozeman

This winter, JetBlue is adding its premium Mint service to flights between New York and Boston to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN), specifically catering to travelers heading to Montana’s popular ski destinations. Starting in February 2025, JetBlue will offer this luxury service every weekend, providing a superior flying experience for passengers traveling from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Bozeman. As the only airline offering nonstop flights on these routes, JetBlue’s introduction of Mint service underscores its commitment to enhancing travel options to one of the most sought-after destinations in the Rocky Mountains.

The new Mint service will be available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, coinciding with peak ski season. This addition not only enhances the travel experience but also increases the frequency of flights to Bozeman during the weekends. JetBlue will continue its core service to Bozeman on other days of the week, ensuring a variety of options for travelers. Tickets for these flights are already available on JetBlue’s website.

Dave Jehn, Vice President of Network Planning and Airline Partnerships at JetBlue, expressed excitement about bringing the Mint experience to Bozeman and Big Sky, noting that the increased frequency and premium service will provide an exceptional journey for customers flying from Boston and New York.

What to Expect with JetBlue’s Mint Experience

JetBlue’s Mint service is designed to offer a luxurious and comfortable travel experience. Passengers can enjoy fully lie-flat beds featuring Tuft & Needle® Adaptive foam cushions, along with a Tuft & Needle-designed comforter and pillow, ensuring a restful flight. The in-flight dining experience includes gourmet small plates curated by Delicious Hospitality Group, featuring dishes from acclaimed New York City restaurants such as Legacy Records, Charlie Bird, and Pasquale Jones.

Entertainment options abound with 15-inch or larger TV screens offering on-demand movies and shows, live TV, and curated content, including meditation and sleep programs from Open. Passengers also benefit from a dedicated Mint check-in line, priority security at select airports, priority boarding, and preferred baggage claim, making the entire journey smooth and hassle-free.

Expanding Premium Travel Options in the Northeast

JetBlue’s introduction of Mint service to Bozeman is part of the airline’s broader strategy to enhance premium travel options in the Northeast, aligning with its JetForward initiative. This initiative focuses on expanding leisure and VFR (visiting friends and relatives) routes from key Northeast cities, reinforcing JetBlue’s leadership in premium leisure travel.

In Boston, JetBlue already offers more domestic lie-flat seats than any other carrier, and the addition of Mint service to Bozeman further expands its premium offerings. The airline has recently announced year-round service expansions on popular leisure routes from Boston Logan Airport, increasing available seats in New England by 20% this winter. This expansion builds on JetBlue’s growing Mint service network, which now includes destinations such as Phoenix, Vancouver, and San Juan.

As New York’s Hometown Airline®, JetBlue remains the only carrier providing nonstop lie-flat service from New York to Bozeman, adding another premium leisure destination to its network.
