Philippine Airlines appears to be actively seeking more flight attendants. I’ve been present at several PAL cabin crew graduation ceremonies and am preparing to attend more. It’s noticeable that there’s a continuous stream of aspirants in training. The key question, however, is how long will this opportunity last? Therefore, for anyone aspiring to be a PAL flight attendant, the chance is ongoing from January 2024 onwards. It’s a great opportunity that shouldn’t be missed.
PAL is recognized for its outstanding care and support for its cabin crew. The airline holds a strong belief that maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial for motivating its flight attendants, which in turn leads to improved performance in their roles. PAL is committed to developing its cabin crew not just professionally, but also personally, fostering a passion for service and a drive for excellence in all aspects of their work.
Beyond offering compensation and benefits that exceed industry standards, PAL provides a work environment that is conducive to the well-being of its cabin crew. This environment empowers them to consistently deliver their best performance. While no airline is perfect, PAL stands out for its significant emphasis on valuing and supporting its cabin crew members.

Some might argue that the standards for becoming a cabin crew member at PAL are exceptionally high. However, I believe that if you’re truly committed to realizing this dream, you’ll do whatever it takes to meet these standards. The notion of ‘too high’ standards is really meant for those who are willing to put in their utmost effort to achieve their goal of becoming a cabin crew member. As I often say, those who lose out tend to criticize or complain about the standards, whereas winners are prepared to do whatever is necessary to exceed them.
Therefore, turn those PAL flight attendant dreams this 2024 into a reality! This is it!

My dream was to become a pilot, but destiny led me to another path: to be an aviation digital media content creator and a small business owner. My passion for aviation inspires me to bring you quality content through my website and social accounts. Aviation is indeed in my blood and blog!
