PAL Partners with Ramco Systems for its Digitalization Move

Philippine Airlines, Inc. (PAL) has partnered with Ramco Systems, a global aviation software provider, to deploy its advanced Aviation Suite V5.9. This new solution is set to replace the current outdated systems used by PAL and its affiliate PAL Express.

The aim of this collaboration is to streamline, automate and optimize business operations at PAL, all while aligning with the airline’s Accelerated Initiatives for Recoveries and Full Optimization through Innovation and Leadership (AIRFOIL) program. The Ramco Aviation Suite V5.9, which is available on the cloud, is expected to offer PAL end-to-end optimization of maintenance and engineering business processes, and support regulatory compliance. Also, the solution will make digital transformation sustainable by getting rid of paper operations, which will improve PAL’s overall business performance.

Capt. Stanley Ng, President & Chief Operating Officer, Philippine Airlines, Inc. (PAL), said, “At PAL, our focus has always been on improving our global network infrastructure and making Philippine Airlines worthy of our customers’ enduring trust and support.
