Cabin crew hiring events will be held by PALexpress and Cebu Pacific in Central Visayas, specifically in Dumaguete and Cebu, respectively. On September 24, both airlines will hold their flight attendant hiring events. Therefore, all job seekers in the Visayas region might want to take advantage of these hiring opportunities.
PALexpress
This is the path to take if you want to work as a flight attendant for Philippine Airlines in the future. At HOTEL LA CASONA, E. J. Blanco Drive, Dumaguete City, on September 24, 9:00 am, PALexpress will begin hiring additional flight attendants. This will be carried out in cooperation with RMU Philippines and La Islas Ph.
To be a PALexpress cabin crew, here are the requirements and other details:
- Filipino citizen
- At least 2nd year college
- Fluent in English and Filipino
- Minimum height of 5’ 2” for ladies, and 5’ 6” for the gentlemen
- Proportionate weight to height
- With good visual impact and pleasing personality
- With clear complexion
- A good set of teeth
- Preferably with perfect vision (20/20), or with contact lenses but not beyond (20/30); not color blind
Please wear corporate attire with your resume/curriculum vitae, vaccination card and face mask. No need to bring your passport.
Cebu Pacific
On September 24, Cebu Pacific will host a large cabin crew recruitment event, but this time in Cebu City. The Summit Galleria in Cebu City will host this. Both people with and without prior experience should consider this. However, having prior experience as a member of the cabin crew is also helpful.
Cebu Pacific, on the other hand, encourages all applicants to submit an updated resume with a photograph upon application. Only those submitted through the career site will be considered.

The qualifications and requirements for becoming a Cebu Pacific flight attendant are listed below.
- Must have completed at least two (2) years of college or equivalent.
- Preferably has previous experience as a Cabin Crew, particularly A320/321/330 qualified.
- Must meet the minimum height requirement of 5’3 for females, and 5’7 for males.
- Candidates without prior experience as a Cabin Crew may also apply.
- Ready to join training as soon as possible.
- Open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines only.
- Must be proficient in Filipino and English language.
- Must be physically fit to undergo the training and perform the roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
- Must have a customer-centric mindset.
- Must possess confidence and creativity in problem solving.
- Willing to be based outside of Manila / Cebu.
Please do observe the proper attire when you attend this event.
- For male – short-sleeved inner polo and coat
- For female – short-sleeved inner top, coat, and skirt. Hair should be tied in a bun and candidates should wear ample make-up as well.
