US’ Newest Carrier, New Pacific Airlines, Spreads Its Wings

New Pacific Airlines is adding some exciting destinations to its route map. Starting November 16, 2023, the airline will fly between Ontario International in California and both Reno/Tahoe in Nevada and Nashville International in Tennessee. This move marks a big leap for the airline, especially after facing a series of challenges like Covid-19 and the Ukraine war.

From Northern Pacific Airways to New Pacific Airlines

The airline recently changed its name from Northern Pacific Airways due to some trademark issues. Despite the hurdles, including the impact of the global pandemic and geopolitical tensions, the airline is pushing forward. Originally, the plan was to make Anchorage Ted Stevens in Alaska a key hub connecting the US and Asia.

Reno is a hot spot for winter sports, and Nashville is the heart of American Country music. These new routes add to the airline’s existing flights to Las Vegas Harry Reid in Nevada. According to the schedule, flights to Reno will start on November 16, 2023, and will ramp up to four times a week by January 1, 2024. As for Nashville, flights kick off on November 17, 2023, and will also increase to four weekly flights by December 26, 2023.
