Before I go on, I want to clarify that this is not a guarantee that you will be a cabin crew; the guarantee will depend on you. However, I want to tell you that you might be getting closer to your flight attendant dream. The little daily progress you make inches your way towards becoming a cabin crew. So do not give up. Keep going.
Rejections can get you closer to your flight attendant dream, if you learn from the mistakes
It is typical to feel bad after every rejection; I fully understand that, but let this not be a roadblock. Every mistake you make, every failure you endure, and every rejection you face is an opportunity to learn. When you know, make adjustments, and work hard to be a better version of yourself, you are inching your way towards wearing your uniform one day. We must move forward, regardless of how fast or how slow. Progress is progress.
That is why it is vital to never give up on your cabin crew dream, no matter how many rejections you have gone through. Defeat is temporary; it only becomes permanent when you stop and say, “I’m done.”
God is answering your cabin crew prayer not by turning you into a flight attendant overnight but He makes you go through the process of becoming one. If you pray to God to give you fish, He will not give you a fish instantly. Instead, He will teach you how to fish. This is how He is answering your prayer to be a flight attendant.
You have heard it straight from those who became flight attendants not to give up and to make forward progress. You may not get it in one rejection or two hurdles, but honestly, that does not matter. What should matter to you is to get there, and you are, as long as you are making forward progress.
Have small attainable goals between you and your flight attendant dream
I suggest having small goals toward your big dream of becoming an FA. Make these your “bucket list.” As you progress, put a checkmark on one. Then if you feel you have addressed it, go out and apply. If you do not make it, go back to your blueprints.
Just keep making forward steps, one step at a time. Always remember that 1 Peso multiplied by 1,000,000 is still 1M Pesos! If you try to gather a million 1 Peso coins every day, you will get a million pesos.
Let me tell you that you are getting there because you decided to read this until the end. It means you want to learn, and that alone is an excellent sign that you are making progress. Just don’t give up. You can never tell how God may reward you in the future.
