AirAsia Philippines has resumed its Bangkok and Bali flights

AirAsia Philippines yesterday reopened its flights to Bangkok in Thailand and Bali in Indonesia. As borders continue to open up, AirAsia has been slowly reactivating its domestic and international routes.

AirAsia flight Z2 287 departed Manila at 6:23 pm and arrived at Don Mueang International Airport at 8:25pm. On the other hand, AirAsia flight Z2 231 from Manila to Bali departed at 7:45 pm and arrived at Ngurah Rai International Airport Denpasar at 11:15 pm.

Pre-pandemic data shows that a total of 139,296 AirAsia Philippines guests or a total of 92% passenger load factor flew to Bangkok, Thailand in 2019.  90% passenger load or equivalent to 110,694 tourists meanwhile flew to Bali, Indonesia during the same period. These numbers clearly show the high demand for the route.
