Cebu Pacific is holding a grand cabin crew recruitment in Cebu as it continues to expand its network in Cebu and other hubs. This will take place on September 24 at Cebu City’s Summit Galleria. This applies to both those with and without prior experience. However, prior experience as a cabin crew member is also advantageous.
Cebu Pacific, on the other hand, encourages all applicants to submit an updated resume with a photograph upon application. Only those submitted through the career site will be considered.

Qualifications and requirements
The qualifications and requirements for becoming a Cebu Pacific flight attendant are listed below.
- Must have completed at least two (2) years of college or equivalent.
- Preferably has previous experience as a Cabin Crew, particularly A320/321/330 qualified.
- Must meet the minimum height requirement of 5’3 for females, and 5’7 for males.
- Candidates without prior experience as a Cabin Crew may also apply.
- Ready to join training as soon as possible.
- Open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines only.
- Must be proficient in Filipino and English language.
- Must be physically fit to undergo the training and perform the roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
- Must have a customer-centric mindset.
- Must possess confidence and creativity in problem solving.
- Willing to be based outside of Manila / Cebu.
Please do observe the proper attire when you attend this event.
- For male – short-sleeved inner polo and coat
- For female – short-sleeved inner top, coat, and skirt. Hair should be tied in a bun and candidates should wear ample make-up as well.
Remember to bring your completed and updated resume. Just a friendly reminder not to conceal any information. Companies have methods and means to find out if you have previously worked for companies that you did not declare on your resume. Companies can find these records by checking your SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG records.

Wag naman ang wala pa kayo six months from the time you hired, lilipat kaagad kayo sa foreign airline. Our local airlines need your help and support, especially during this important phase of recovery from the devastating effects of the pandemic which almost crippled our airlines.
