Cebu Pacific continues to broaden its international reach by launching new flights between Manila and Kaohsiung. This new route, introduced with Cebu Pacific’s famous Piso Sale, will allow more travelers to explore the vibrant harbor-side parks and urban landscapes of southern Taiwan’s largest city.
Starting August 16, 2024, Cebu Pacific will operate flights between Manila and Kaohsiung three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Kaohsiung becomes the second destination that Cebu Pacific serves in Taiwan, providing passengers with more affordable travel options to Taiwan. The airline already offers twice-daily flights to Taipei, the capital city and economic hub of Taiwan.
From May 30 to June 13, travelers can book flights to Kaohsiung for as low as PHP 1 one-way base fare, exclusive of fees and surcharges. The travel period for this promotion runs from August 16 to October 25, 2024. Cebu Pacific President and Chief Commercial Officer Xander Lao expressed excitement about the new route. “We are very excited to launch direct flights to the wonderful city of Kaohsiung. With the growing interest among passengers to travel to new destinations, we hope that this launch will encourage them to add another destination to their itinerary or cross off one they’ve been looking to visit.”
