Etihad to Launch Flights to Warsaw and Prague in 2025

Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, is broadening its European reach with the launch of two new direct routes to Warsaw, Poland, and Prague, Czechia. These new routes will mark the first time Etihad flies directly to these European capitals, enhancing travel options for both business and leisure travelers.

With these new routes, Etihad Airways continues its mission to expand its global footprint and provide passengers with more travel options. The airline’s modern fleet, combined with its renowned service, ensures that travelers can experience comfort and convenience on every journey.

New Routes to Poland and Czechia

Starting on June 2, 2025, Etihad will offer four weekly flights to both Warsaw and Prague. These flights will be operated by Etihad’s modern Boeing 787 Dreamliner, providing a comfortable travel experience with 28 Business Class and 262 Economy Class seats available on each flight. The addition of these routes is part of Etihad’s ongoing strategy to expand its European network and cater to increasing travel demand.

Antonoaldo Neves, Chief Executive Officer of Etihad Airways, expressed excitement about the new destinations, saying, “We are proud to introduce Warsaw and Prague as our newest destinations, reflecting our commitment to expanding into new and exciting markets. These routes not only enrich our network but also offer a great opportunity to strengthen ties with these countries and attract more visitors to Abu Dhabi.”

The new direct flights to Warsaw and Prague will offer travelers from these regions easy access to the UAE’s capital city, Abu Dhabi. Known for its stunning beaches, rich cultural heritage, and world-class entertainment, Abu Dhabi is a key destination for both tourists and business travelers. These new routes are expected to boost tourism and support the UAE’s broader vision for the future.

In addition to the convenience of direct flights, travelers can take advantage of seamless connections from Abu Dhabi to key destinations across the Middle East, Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, and Australia. Popular cities such as Sydney, Mumbai, Bangkok, and Riyadh are all easily accessible from Abu Dhabi, making it a perfect hub for international travel.

Etihad’s new routes open the door for travelers to explore two of Europe’s most fascinating cities.

Visitors can explore Warsaw’s vibrant cultural scene, impressive palaces, and enjoy the blend of historical and contemporary architecture.

Prague: Known for its fairy-tale charm, Prague, the capital of Czechia, is famous for its Gothic, Baroque, and Romanesque architecture. Iconic landmarks such as Prague Castle and Charles Bridge make this city a must-visit for history and culture enthusiasts. With its enchanting Old Town and thriving arts scene, Prague offers visitors an unforgettable experience.

Etihad will operate four weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Prague. Flights will depart from Abu Dhabi at 2:50 AM and arrive in Prague at 7:15 AM. Return flights will leave Prague at 11:20 AM and arrive in Abu Dhabi at 7:05 PM.

From June 3, 2025, Etihad will also begin four weekly flights to Warsaw. These flights will depart Abu Dhabi at 2:45 AM, arriving in Warsaw at 6:50 AM. Return flights from Warsaw will leave at 11:15 AM and arrive in Abu Dhabi at 7:00 PM.
