The year 2023 has officially begun. Many of our aspiring flight attendants have already predicted that 2023 will be their year to finally get their wings. For those who have been turned down in the past, this is a chance to start fresh. You’ll need initiative and an insatiable desire to succeed if you’re serious about fulfilling your New Year resolution and becoming cabin crew.
Being a cabin crew requires real effort and dedication. You’re going to have to put in some serious work and not count on anyone else to help you out very much.
I’ll tell you what you need to know to make your New Year resolution of becoming a cabin crew a reality.
- Never limit yourself to requesting advice from those around you. All you have to do is read some of the numerous helpful articles that have already been written, especially on this very page. Google and YouTube can also be searched. Quite simply, there is a plethora of advice available. There will be times when you need advice but no one is around to provide it to you.
- You should read the whole thing. Despite my best efforts, I’ve discovered that some readers still have inquiries that are covered in the article itself. Keep in mind that in an airplane, reading is everything and you must not miss a thing. From the time they applied to the time they retired, all flight attendants read a great deal. They didn’t miss a single word and read the whole thing.
- Send an email to the airline in question if you have specific inquiries about the standards and credentials for cabin staff. You should go to them because they can provide you the best response to your inquiry.
- Search for airline passenger service positions. Sign up for Facebook discussion groups. Find any local or international airlines on Google and see if they have any openings for cabin crew.
- The qualifications for cabin crew have been laid out for you; now is the time to put them into action. If you are overweight and the airline demands a certain weight to height ratio, then you should make an effort to reduce your weight. If you need clear skin for your flight, get a facial or see a dermatologist. If you want to fly with that airline, you should probably brush up on your English speaking skills. Only those who are truly committed to succeeding in the role of cabin crew will be rewarded with such a position.
- Just start behaving like actual cabin attendants already. There’s more information about it over here if you’re interested.
- Start preparing for the career by reading and rereading lengthy articles as soon as possible. You’ll understand why after you begin training. Believe me.
- Learn from the reasons you were unsuccessful in the past so that you might succeed in the present. Getting rejected down had its reasons. The airline may or may not provide this information. Think back on the last year and use that experience to guide your decisions for the coming one.
Finally, conform to the expectations and demands of the airline. They will not adjust to your standards. It is the other way around. It’s possible to get your wings this year if you really want them that badly.
Wishing all the aspiring flight attendants the best of luck; I hope to see you in the air by 2023! Salutations for the New Year!
