You may need a flight attendant not only inside the aircraft, but also outside. Their unique lifestyle has resulted in one of the most exposed people in the world, with travel opening up a wider spectrum of life and living. Let us now consider those instances or situations in which a flight attendant could be of great assistance to you. I list the occasions when you know you need a flight attendant.
You know you need a flight attendant when…
- When you need to know whether your food is Asian, American, European, African, Australian, or Middle Eastern.
- Do you need someone to talk to? Call one of your flight attendant friends; they may be awake even in the early morning hours if not flying.
- When you don’t know how to fit your newly purchased items into your luggage without exceeding weight limits.
- When you need to learn about the cultures and histories of various countries and places.
- When you’re just mad at someone and want to let it all out. A smile can change your emotions, and flight attendants can still smile even after hearing a hundred rants.
- When your stomach is growling and the restaurant is full, you need someone who can eat with you standing up.
- Don’t get 1500 hours? You know who to contact.
- When you are a travel enthusiast looking for a good travel companion.
- You’re in a country with no friends and want to go out; however, your flight attendant friend may be in the same country for a layover.
- When you’re bored on a weekday and want an adventure buddy or just some company, we’re sure one of your cabin crew buddies is at home doing nothing on their day off.
- If you need a ballpen right away, we’re sure a flight attendant has plenty, as do various hotels around the world.
- Flight attendants may be your best teacher if you enjoy history, especially world history. They had personally visited the majority of the world’s historic sites. So, if you want a firsthand encounter with people who have seen the Stone Henge or a taste of Ancient Greece, ask a cabin crew member who has flown to those locations. I’m pretty sure they’d been there before.
- A smile can brighten anyone’s day. If you’re problematic, you need a smile, and even if they’re problematic, a flight attendant will give you their signature smile.
- When you need a great travel companion. They know how to assist you in packing and how to pack light. They know how to arrange clothes in the order they will be used, they know the best places to go that will fit your budget, they know the best hotels and tour packages, they know the best places to see, and they love showing you around the world.
This list could go on and on, but I’ll stop here. If you know of more situations when you need a flight attendant, just add them to the comments section below.
First love never dies. I fell in love with airplanes and aviation when I was a kid. My dream was to become a pilot, but destiny led me to another path: to be an aviation digital media content creator and a small business owner. My passion for aviation inspires me to bring you quality content through my website and social accounts. Aviation is indeed in my blood and blog!
