Cebu Pacific Expands Thailand Flights with Route to Don Mueang

Cebu Pacific is expanding its reach to Thailand with the introduction of direct flights to Don Mueang International Airport (DMK). Starting on July 16, 2024, the airline will operate flights between Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 in Manila and DMK three times a week, specifically on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. This new route increases Cebu Pacific’s flight options between Manila and Bangkok to 17 weekly flights. Presently, Cebu Pacific flies to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport twice daily.

Xander Lao, Cebu Pacific’s President and Chief Commercial Officer, expressed enthusiasm about the new route, stating, “Bangkok remains one of the most popular destinations in Southeast Asia, with its majestic pagodas, flavorful cuisine, and vibrant cultural festivals. We are excited to bring more travelers to this beautiful city as we launch our operations in DMK, in our commitment to continuously provide accessible and affordable air travel to every Juan.”

Bangkok, known for its rich cultural heritage and dynamic street life, is one of Cebu Pacific’s earliest international destinations, with the airline’s Manila-Bangkok route starting in 2006. In addition to the new DMK route, Cebu Pacific also operates daily direct flights between Clark and Bangkok.

Cebu Pacific Don Mueang

Cebu Pacific’s new route to Don Mueang enhances its extensive network, which already includes 35 domestic and 24 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. This expansion aligns with the airline’s goal to offer more convenient and affordable travel options to its passengers.
