I once mentioned that the demand for air travel continues to rise, and as such, airlines are increasing their capacity, requiring them to hire more crew members. Japan Airlines is no exception. After hiring cabin crew in the Philippines last year after the longest period, Japan Airlines is now hiring its next batch of flight attendants from the Philippines. This will be done in partnership with its official recruitment agency in the Philippines, TDG Human Resource Management, Inc.
Based on a post from TDG Human Resource Management, applications for Japan Airlines flight attendants will only be accepted until February 28, 2025. Also, you must be a Philippine passport holder and a Filipino citizen. So if you are from another country and wish to apply in the Philippines, again, this is for Filipino citizens only.

- Filipino citizen, and Filipino passport holder only

Applications will be accepted only until February 28, 2025. Only candidates with complete documents and the necessary medical certificate(s) for the basic PEME will proceed to the initial interview. Applicants who meet the qualifications at each screening stage will receive further email notifications on the next steps. Additionally, previous Batch 1 applicants who reached Screening Levels 4 (Online Exam), 5, and 6 (JAL Interviews) are encouraged to reapply by submitting the online form and preparing their medical certificate(s).
So good luck to all flight attendant aspirants who are yearning to earn their wings with Japan Airlines. To all who keep saying that the standards of airlines in the Philippines are too high, then go check Japan Airlines’. Height is not the only requirement and airlines have reasons for having such standards.
