PAL Express to stage a walk-in interview for cabin crew aspirants

It seems like the opportunities to become a cabin crew keeps pouring in. This is because the aviation industry is making a strong rebound as airlines continue to increase capacity. Hence, the need for more cabin crew. PAL Express is staging another round of its walk-in interviews were cabin crew aspirants can just proceed to the venue and apply.

This is happening on July 26, 2022, Tuesday, at the PAL Express Human Resources Office, Gate 1, Andrews Avenue, Nichols, Pasay City.

Now why do you have to be early? It seems that based on their Facebook announcement, PAL Express will be interviewing the first 200 walk-in applicants, which begin at 8:30 am.

What are the requirements?

Requirements and qualifications to be a PAL Express flight attendant are as follows:

  • Filipino citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Fluent in English and Filipino
  • Minimum height of 5’3” for ladies, and 5’6” for the gentlemen
  • Proportionate weight to height ratio
  • Good visual impact and pleasing personality
  • Clear complexion
  • With a good set of teeth
  • Preferably with perfect vision (20/20), or with contact lenses but not beyond (20/30); not color blind

PAL Express is somehow strict with these requirements but that does not mean that you should not try out too. Every try is worth it because you gain more experience and eventually more confidence too.

All PAL Express walk-in applicants must be in corporate attire with your resume/curriculum vitae, vaccination card and face mask. During the day itself, please do observe also all safety protocols.

Last but not least, since this is a walk-in interview, you may just proceed to the venue itself.
